This is the only public Monsoon surface that intentionally asks for personal data in the MVP. It does not describe gateway or Playground traffic, and submitting this form does not create an account, API access, a newsletter subscription, or a customer relationship.
02 / Collection
What the form records
- Name and email address.
- Company or project, when provided.
- A description of what the applicant is building.
- Optional interest in future Vietnam-resident routing. This is not marketing consent.
- The accepted consent text and version, plus the submission and consent timestamps.
Applicants should not include confidential information or personal data about anyone else in the free-text field.
03 / Purpose
Evaluation and direct contact
Monsoon uses an application to evaluate whether the applicant is a fit for the limited early-access program and to contact that applicant about the request. The optional residency-interest answer may inform that evaluation; it is not permission for newsletter or general promotional email.
04 / Storage and access
Singapore storage, restricted access
Application and consent records are stored in Monsoon's Singapore Postgres deployment. Access is limited to the founder/admin for application review and privacy-request handling, and to configured infrastructure providers only where their services require it.

05 / Access metadata
Security and infrastructure records
For rate limiting and security, the application derives a keyed digest from the source IP address and stores the browser user agent. Application and infrastructure services may also process IP address, user agent, session identifier, and timestamps in access, DNS, security, or application logs.
Reviewed provider inventory
Pending configuration. The form remains unavailable until the provider and metadata inventory is complete and published.
06 / Retention and requests
A reviewed period, with earlier deletion
The founder- and counsel-approved retention period and working request channel are pending configuration. The form cannot accept applications in this state.
07 / Use boundaries
No unrelated reuse
Early-access records are not reused for model training, model evaluation, unrelated analytics, newsletter marketing, or another unrelated purpose. Interest in Vietnam-resident routing is an optional application answer only; it is not marketing consent.
For applicants in Vietnam, the notice and form remain gated until the required counsel review of notice, consent, cross-border, filing, and controller requirements for this limited dataset is confirmed.
